Nyola Beach House | Peppy Beach

Quirky Holiday Home Shaped Like an Airport!

Why we like it
Because it commits to the bit. This is a fully fenced, dog-friendly beach house metres from the sand at Peppermint Grove Beach, halfway between Bunbury and Busselton – but it never tries too hard to be a “luxury coastal retreat.”
It’s unpretentious, well-equipped, and has a day bed tucked into a second lounge that quietly turns a house for five into a house for six.
Additional info
What makes this stay special?
Two living areas means nobody has to fight over the remote.
The second lounge, with its double stacker sliding doors, opens onto a deck overlooking wetlands that come alive with birdlife in winter – genuinely one of the more unexpected views on our books.
Bring the dog (two are allowed, just no bed privileges), fire up one of two BBQ setups, and let the ceiling fans do the rest.
