Coconuts Beach Club in Samoa is an intimate and friendly boutique resort and spa on the idyllic South Coast of Upolu Island. You’re spoilt for choice here with luxury overwater fales, tree houses, beachfront fales, royal villas and suites set on a beautiful white sand beach and turquoise lagoon. Once you fly into Apia you’re only a quick drive to paradise!

Proximity to the lagoon was excellent.

The Resort:

The resort, surrounded by a traditional village, has tropical landscaped gardens leading to a cool gecko-shaped swimming pool with a swim-up bar! All accommodation is spacious, comfortable and built with local eco materials in traditional Samoan style – the walls are made from local lava rock, the ceilings are thatched, and the furniture is bamboo. Each bathroom is beautifully designed with waterfall showers.

Overwater Fales

The 6 overwater fales are beautifully appointed with breathtaking views and large wrap-around decks. You can lounge all day gazing at the emerald lagoon or dive in. The interior is designed with a blend of traditional Samoan art and contemporary elements. Each fale has a comfortable king-size bed and stone bath for two. In the lounge a glass floor under the coffee table gives a fascinating view to the turtles and tropical fish below (there’s a glass floor in the bathroom too!) Close the glass doors of the fale for air conditioning or keep them open for the cool sea breezes. FYI: overwater fales are available for guests 12 years old and over.

Tree House Fales

Choose from 8 amazing tree house fales – 4 downstairs and 4 upstairs. Each is a spacious one room suite overlooking small landscaped ponds with incredible ocean views. Stylish interiors include local stone walls and floor, large 2-person bath, and huge deck with comfortable loungers and hammocks. The tree house fales can accommodate up to 3 guests with comfortable bedding, a bamboo four-poster king or queen bed and a single bed.
